Data Collection
UnlockFlowURLS collects information required to create, store, secure, and deliver short links. This includes submitted destination URLs, generated short codes, timestamps, click counts, rate-limit metadata, device or browser headers, and limited IP-derived technical information used for abuse prevention and diagnostics. If you contact us directly, we may also collect your name, email address, company name if provided, and the contents of your support or abuse-report request.
How We Use Data
We use collected data to create and resolve short links, verify destination safety, prevent spam and malicious submissions, monitor service uptime, measure feature performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve the product experience. We may also analyze aggregated or de-identified usage trends to understand how the service is used, which traffic flows complete best, and where reliability or UX improvements should be made.
Cookies & Tracking
UnlockFlowURLS may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to preserve unlock countdown state, reduce accidental reset behavior, measure analytics events, and remember limited interface preferences. Analytics and advertising partners may also use their own cookies or identifiers as permitted by their terms. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain storage or tracking features may limit parts of the unlock flow or measurement experience.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. We retain operational data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve link integrity, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Some link records may be kept for continuity even if traffic is low or inactive. Support messages, abuse reports, and analytics records may also be retained for a limited period when needed for security, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

Where applicable under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing activities, request restrictions, or ask for information about portability. UnlockFlowURLS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
